Delete previous thumbnails

  • hi i have a wp website and i have a problem
    my server is filled with 5 duplicates of every photo
    for example if i have 10 photos uploaded there are 50 photos on my server
    can i set this plugin to delete all the duplicates and keep only the original photo and a 150×150 thumbnail ?
