• First of all- thanks for a fantastic plugin!

When adding a post normally, and editing, it works fantastic. I’ve noticed a couple of things:
-When editing anything using quick-edit, the hooks aren’t added to update the syndicate (assuming that the user still wants to keep the same syndicate settings as previously set?)
-When changing from published to draft (in normal edit mode), it doesn’t update the syndicate settings unless you make a change in the title or content.
-Once you’ve set which group you want to syndicate to, any changes to the groups aren’t saved.
-When deleting a post, it’s not deleted on the syndicate blogs.
-And, probably linked to the above issues about when hooks are set: when using “Post Expirator” to expire posts, it’s not synced to syndicates.

Thanks for your comments. Let me address each of your points:

    – I think you’re right. I never added hooks for quick-edit updates as it’s not something I use much myself and no one’s mentioned it until now. I’ll take a look at adding those in.
    – That’s possible. It may be that the status of a post isn’t part of the comparison to see if any changes have been made. I’ll test this scenario and see if I can figure out a way to fix this too.
    – This seems odd. Can you elaborate?
    – Again I think you’re right. I don’t currently do anything when a post is deleted. I think this would be a good feature to add.
    – As you say, this would appear to be linked to the previous point and I think solving that would solve this.

    Hi,
Found this reply in my inbox and thought I should at least thank you for your reply!
I can’t remember what I did now, but I do know that I modified some things to add in the hooks to solve problem 1, 2 and 4 (and subsequently, 5). However, from memory I don’t think I solved 3.

To elaborate, once you selected on the right what syndicate group you wanted that post to belong to and saved the post, it’s stuck with those syndicate group settings (that is, you can’t choose for that post to be syndicated with another group without creating a new post).
Thanks again for your reply, and a good plugin.
    Jarrod.
