    Hello
Here is the thing, we have over 500k post imported from a previous site version, those were imported into wp_post & wP_pos_meta, and are marked as post_type=”respaldo” (meaning backup/historic).
I’m looking for a way to delete them because performance issues, so I discover your plugin and wondered if can be done using your By Custom field options, or any other.
Those post doesn’t appear in your plugin entry/post total number, only shows the regular post, around 100k.
    Thank you

    Hello @eguzmana,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, the plugin allows deleting posts by custom field options. Can you please share more details about showing around 100k regular posts on our website so that we can help you? you can connect to our site from here.

    Thanks & Regards,

Hello, thank you for your reply!

Yes, what I mean is this, attaching link with image: https://justpaste.it/3bgi6
As you can see the total post number does not “see/find” the posts total, Im guessing is because that custom value (you can see it here: https://justpaste.it/79nin)
So Im guessing I can select the post_tyfe field and put the condition as “respaldo” to find those post and delete them on the early mornings or over the weekend with less traffic.
Question, which should be a good limit value to avoid excessive load on the server?

    Thank you !!

Note: This a test site with less posts than the production site, that is the one with over 100k regular post (plus the +500k)

    Hello @eguzmana ,

We replied to your email too. We need to check why the total number is not showing correctly. Maybe a custom post time and lots of data so it’s not showing correctly. In the Pro version, you can schedule delete which will keep running in the background and not take much of server resources.

You can define a limit based on your current server, You can start with 10K and it goes ok, you can schedule another delete with 15k at a different times daily.

    Hope this helps!
