"Delete" plugin link not present in every installed WP 4.6

  • Hello guys, I’m admin for almost 80 WP websites in different servers and with different configurations and I’ve noticed something odd after upgrading to the current 4.6 version: When you list the installed plugins, some sites are still deleting plugins with the 4.5 method and others are using the in-place technique (without requiring page refresh). The same happens with plugins/themes install.
    Note that all of these sites are running v4.6.

    So, what’s happenning? it’s like an A/B testing? or have something to do with any specific configurations in every given website?

    Some clarification/investigation would be appreciated.
