• Hi,

I have had a lot of issues with my products in Google Merchant, they have not been approved, and I can not kwow which is the problem. I contacted GM support and this is their response:

“Due to the nature of the integration between the service provider and Google Merchant Center, all changes to resolve your issue must be made through the product management platform, so Google is limited in its ability to provide you with support. Our agents are unable to guide you through this process and provide a solution, so we recommend contacting your third-party store builder directly.”

I tried deleted products from GM but I can not because they were synchronized with your plugin.

I want to start from scratch and I have desynchronized “Google for Wocommerce” and deteled it. Also pressed the “Delete All Synced Products from Google Merchant” and  “Cleanup All Products” buttons. All the products still appear in Google Merchant and it won’t let me delete them.

    What can I do?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello rakelcita,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that despite desynchronizing and deleting the “Google for WooCommerce” plugin, along with using the “Delete All Synced Products from Google Merchant” and “Cleanup All Products” buttons, your products still appear in Google Merchant and cannot be removed.

Clicking those buttons should remove all synced products. Do you see any errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?

Also, check Scheduled Actions under WooCommerce > Status for any pending or failed actions. Please share a screenshot for better understanding.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi there!

This error indicates that the Google for WooCommerce plugin is unable to authenticate with Google’s Merchant Center API because the site is not properly connected to a Google account.

To troubleshoot further, could you please reinstall and reconnect the plugin with the same Merchant Center account? After that, try using the “Delete All Synced Products from Google Merchant” and “Cleanup All Products” buttons.

Also, please make sure you are using the same Merchant Center account that was originally used to sync the products.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up the Google for WooCommerce plugin:
Get Started with Google for WooCommerce

Let me know how it goes!
