delete plugin

  • How to completely remove this plugin.

    I did delete the plugin from the SFTP itself but there must be more files to delete because we are trying to update our visual composer and this plugin still causes issues even if it’s no longer showing under plugins.

    What other files do we need to remove when we delete this plugin.

    Hi,

    To completely delete the plugin, remove its directory from within wp-content/plugins, i.e. wp-content/plugins/ssh-sftp-updater-support. You should then visit your ‘Plugins’ page to make sure that WP de-activates it (otherwise it may cause a white-screen on the front-end when WP finds an activated plugin to be missing).
