Delete Permanently Not Working

    I have over 6000 uncategorized images on filebird Version 4.7.8 that I am trying to bulk delete permanently because of several reasons including the images slowing down my website, and the actual article posts where those images were have been deleted. The issue is every time I delete the images they won’t delete and it even when I try to refresh page, delete cookies, cahe pages nothing changes.

    Could you please deactivate FileBird temporarily, then try to delete again and see if the issue persists.

    Yes I deleted the plugin and reinstalled and it still will not work!

    Hi @ladygdc ,

    We meant please try deactivate our FileBird, then delete your files in a normal WordPress without FileBird because the bulk delete function is in default WordPress state. Let us know if this helps.

    I tried that and now it won’t delete it keeps taking me to the blog home page without deleting the images….

    Hi @ladygdc ,

    It seems that there is a plugin which caused the issue. Please try deactivate all plugins and delete files again.
