Delete Permanently Missing in View Entries Page

    Hi,

    When accessing the standalone entries page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=caldera-forms-pin-formid), there is no more possibility to delete permanently trashed entries.
    But the entries are viewed from the main form page right side bar (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=caldera-forms), the delete permanently is back.

    I’m using the latest version.
