Delete Page and Post Revisions Not Working

Greetings,
I’ve been using the SiteGround Optimizer plugin for several of my sites on SiteGround. And for the Database Maintenance Options, I’ve clicked “Delete All Page and Post Revisions” a few weeks ago, but all the revisions are still there (and there are a lot of them).
The only option I haven’t clicked is “Perform Database Optimization for MyISAM Tables,” because it caused a lot of problems when I did it last time.
I called SiteGround but they said to post a message here in Support.
Do you know why the page and post revisions aren’t being deleted? Thanks.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The database cleanup functions depend on the cron events in your site. I see that you are a SiteGround customer. Please, post a support ticket through the Helpdesk system in SiteGround so that we can check the issue at hand:

Additionally, post revisions can be con trolled directly through the wp-config.php file in your site. You can read more at:
