delete own media files

    Hello,

    I tried to give a user the capability to delete his own media files. Bit the delete option in the detail screen from the image ist not available.

    I switched on the Type-Specific Capabilities for media.
    And then I checked the checkbox media / delete

    Did I forgot something or is it a bug?
    I use the newest wordpress 5.3.2
