Delete out of stock items

Hello there, any help with this would be great, seem to of come to a dead end for this.
My store has items that are 1 off’s so when they are sold thats it no more.
What i am looking for is away of totally deleting out of stock items, not just hide.
I imagine the easiest way to achieve this would be to sort the products by in stock or not, but this seems to be the only option that woo commerce does have built it. I have also tried a plugin for this but it doesn’t work.
If anyone has help they could give me, i would really appreciate it.
