Delete original photos after upload

    Hi,
    I have a huge folder photo-gallery (15 Go), and I realize that all photos are kept in original size after being resized in 1200px. But I don’t need these original. And I don’t see any option that says “delete original file after resizing” which could save my a bunch of space and an easier way to backup my WP web site.
    Did I miss it ?
    Is there a way to get that ?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The original images are kept in case you need to reset them or recreate thumbnail from the bulk actions. Thus, they are kept on purpose.

    If you are sure the original images will not be needed, you can access them with FTP and delete them.
