Delete multiple images and posts in a faster way

Does anyone knows a way or a plugin to be able, in the admin, to delete uploaded images in “one shot”? Same thing for posts we want to delete? Or maybe “checkboxes” we could check and then press a “Delete” button (like in the Links section of the admin)?

Because, when you have around 50 posts and images to delete, it could be long one by one…
