Delete Message – GDPR

  • Hi the delete thread does not work we11.
    1. The X is so small anytime you try and click it it just re opens the thread. can you make this X bigger?
    2. when you try and delete the thread it is not very user friendly. Sometimes it does not work, or it says ‘undo thread?’ and just stays there. The user wants to just delete the tread. cant you make it say pop up or say ‘confirm deletion or undo’ when you click confirm deletion the mthread should disappear.

    I also noticed when you delete a thread with the user, you still cannot open a new thread with another user.

    In general. your delete thread and go back and chat to user needs to be tested. it does not work really well

    sorry for all these things. I am a uwer and helping to make ur plugin better ??

    ok in the meantime i cant use the plugin as the users will be frustrated. Thanks for your support we look forward to the next release and when this will work properly

    Please note that the main issue is when the chat is not full screen. when it is not full screen delete thread does not work. when it is fullscreen it works but you have to use a like a toothpick to hit the button if not you will just open the thread instead of delete it
