Delete menu items inserted via theme options

A little while ago I started using Freshy2 template, great theme by the way. You can add quicklinks in the menubar via the theme options. But, when you try to delete those, that just doesn’t work. I search the database and some files, but can’t find where it’s stored.
So, the question is, how to delete those menu items? (Help and contact)
