Delete Membership Level

    Somehow an additional membership level was created. I did not do this. I was checking the Membership Levels page and I noticed a new level in the Levels table. I don’t know how it got there. It has no title. It looks like a duplicate of the Free Level that I created many days ago, but no title in the Level. I tried to delete it and nothing happens when I click on delete.

    How do I get rid of this?

    I assigned the name ‘FAKE’ to this Level. Then I looked at a Post edit page and I see in the Membership Levels that this Level has an asterisk next to the name. What is going on?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    This sounds like you have a duplicated level. An asterisk next to a category means that the category is restricted to a membership level.

    I can’t say why this happened on your site, as this sounds like a once off incident.

    Are you able to delete the level once you’ve named it to “Fake”? Does this level ID match that of any of your other levels?
