delete issue – dark grey screen – cant easily delete

Hello,
I tried to delete one of the entries in the database using your plugin. After clicking “delete” on the entry I get a greyed out screen. You can see the pop-up confirm delete panel but its push far left and the screen is dark grey-ish and you cant click on the “delete button”. (Z-index issue ??)
I updated the plugin and now the screen is to far left but at least clickable..
any help would be appreciated.
