    Hey there,
thanks for Your great tool which has solved quite a list of problems already. Now I’ve just realized that both my websites save IP adresses when people send comments. I’ve only got a very little overview on how to solve the problem and found out so far that there’s a plugin which seems to be abandoned, and another way which includes fiddling with … what was it? … PHP on child themes, I guess. Now, before I take to doing dangerous things, I thought of asking You if You intend to do something on that IP saving and deleting topic. As it said in the description of Your plugin that You are going to add stuff and functions.
    Thank You in advance
    Tina

  • Hi @trlrsn Tina,

Are you using WordPress native Comments or another plugin for your comment section?

In the latest version of the WP GDPR Compliance plugin we help anonymise personal data in the WordPress Comments (and several other supported plugins).

    Hello Van Ons,
thank you very much. I didn’t install any other plugin for my comments, so it should be WordPress native.
    Thanks a lot
    Tina
