    I hope this message finds you well. I’am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my Google Merchant Centre account.

    Previously, I operated an online store using WooCommerce, which required me to link my domain to the WooCommerce platform for shop management purposes. However, I have since discontinued using WordPress or WooCommerce and no longer require the services associated with it because i m now using other. Consequently, this has led to complications with my Google Merchant Centre account. My domian (pelato.id) stil connect on the main account Woocommerce.

    Upon attempting to delete my Google Merchant Centre account, I discovered that it is registered as a subaccount under WooCommerce. As such, I am unable to delete the account independently through Google’s platform. The only viable solution presented to me is to contact the WooCommerce administration and request their assistance in facilitating the deletion process.

    Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in this matter. Could you please help initiate the necessary steps or provide guidance on how to proceed with the deletion of my Google Merchant Centre account associated with my former WooCommerce subaccount?

    I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer in resolving this issue promptly.

    It is sad to read that you’ve moved away from using WooCommerce and WordPress services. Do you mind sharing the reason why you decided to opt for other services rather than WooCommerce?

    While it is not possible to delete the account from your settings, we’ll be happy to assist you with that. In that case, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
    Please include your merchant ID and also note that the process is not reversible once done.
    We will be able to help you further there.

    Thank you for the response, I have visited the link you provided. But after arriving there I didn’t know where the support button should be pressed or what option to select. Can you tell in more detail how? Or can I ask you to help me directly delete my Google Merchant Center ID 5314185595

    I stopped because the WordPress CMS features were still too complicated for me. I need something that can be used straight away for work.

    I’ve done it, but when I got to the “Store this product is connected to*” form, unfortunately the store options didn’t appear there. Maybe because I had uninstalled WordPress before.
    This causes the submit request button to not appear. So I can’t continue to the next process.


    Please tell me is there any other way? Because my website domain is attached to the main account, can I ask for help to just remove the Google Merchant Center ID?

    On the store options did it not show an option to add the address manually?

    I just checked on an account that has no website connected and this option showed.

    Can you please share a screenshot of what you see? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic. Please remove any sensitive info from it.

    Also, have you tried a different browser to check?

    Thank you for your response.

    Actually, I have deleted the WordPress online shop and no longer use it. But the website domain is still stuck in the sub-account at Google Merchant Center ID 5314185595.

    Hi there @nuatron

    You do not need to connect the store to WooCommerce.com.

    With the “Enter store address manually” option, you can manually provide the System Status Report.

    Once you provide it, you can submit the support request. When you are submitting your message, could you please link to this thread so our support team can review this thread?
