On the left sidebar in my WordPress Dashboard is a button that says “Feedback” and when I click on it, there are a bunch of messages that I received through a contact plugin that I am no longer using … I don’t remember the name of the plugin but I have deactivated and deleted it, and am now using a different one. Is there a way to remove the Feedback menu from my sidebar? I would have expected it to be removed when I removed the plugin but I recently noticed that it was still there. Thanks!

  • Strange?! I would think it should remove when you deactivated the plugin as well.

It isn’t part of WordPress… so it must be added by a plugin.

Did you try quickly deactivating all plugins to see if it disappears?

Thanks – I just deactivated and reactivated all the plugins and it’s gone! I don’t know which one was affecting it but at least the problem is solved. Thanks for your help!

Lol… a ghost in the machine; perhaps??

Glad you got it working properly ??
