Delete event URL ticket email

    Hi there,

    In the ticket email my users receive they have the possibility to click on the event title and going to a event page. However I dont want them to be able to click that link to the event page, because we use specific customized from ourselves for that. Can you delete the URL in the event title please.

    To edit the Ticket email, you will need to follow this guide to change that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-the-ticket-email/

    This is not something we can outright change, but you can definitely customize you emails if you want to. You will likely need some PHP knowledge to edit this, I hope that helps!

    Hi Truman,

    This is quiet un urgent issue for us. Would you be keen to help me shortly with the deletion of the event url on the ticket email, I dont have that technical knowledge to change the template that easy. It is just deleting the URL behind the event title.

    The events calendar ticket plus support is not responding to me yet.
