Delete Entrys from Frontpage

Hi! Is there a way to integrate a delete-button in the frontpage, which shows the entrys of the submitted forms? Like a field or a shortcode?
Background: We have employees who work off the requests. When they were in contact with the submitters, the employess shall have to opportunity to delete the request.
For security reasons: the page, which shows the entrys, is password-secured.

Is it possible?
