Delete duplicate or similar posts

With WP, which we support here, you can’t.

You might look at the various syndication plugins you’re using and see if their authors can help you.

Or, look at using a service like feedblendr.com. Give it ALL your feeds and I think it does some stripping of dupes (maybe? worth a look).
