Delete duplicate database entries without deleting files

Hello,

Is there a way in the free or pro version to only delete database entries without deleting the actual files?

My site was translated into 5 languages with WPML and that plugin duplicated the media database entries for each language. I am not using that plugin anymore, and unfortunately on uninstal it did not cleanup the duplicate records. When I now look in the media library, I see each image 6 times (the original + 5 translation records). They have different ID’s but they all point to the same image files.

The media cleaner plugin finds the duplicate records as you can see in the screenshot, but if I delete them, it also deletes the actual files. Result is that the original record (ID 8604) is still available in the media library (correct) but that it points to files that have been deleted (not correct).

So I basically only want to delete the records from the database, I do not want to delete the actual files.

Is that possible and how?
