Delete custumer and there email

    Hello
    Both plugin and theme are up to date.

    Is it possible to delete a customer completely so that the email is also deleted? On the customer side, I don’t see any option for deletion.

    I have created a lot of tests with my own email addresses and now want to delete them completely before I open up.
    If I delete all tickets that exists for an email, the customer disappears on the customers page. But it still seems to remain because if I create a new test but use a different “test” name, it still picks up the first name that was used for that email.

    Is it possible to really delete the data. I live in the EU and need to be able to delete an item completely.

    Hello there,

    Please confirm do you want to delete the customer only or delete all the data(like a custom field, and another setting). Right now, the feature of “Deleting customer” is under discussion(there is no ETA) so you can not delete customers completely.

    I just want to delete the customer only. Like his or hers e-mail, name, phone etc.
    The custom field I would like to be left so other customer can applay.

    This is in case a customer contact me and demand that I erase all the personal information I got on her/him.
    Hope you understand howe I mean.

    I fixed this by loggin in to phpMyAdmin and deleted them from table wpkg_psmsc_customers. This is not so user friendly, but worked fine.
    But if you got a better way, please let me know.

    Hello there,

    We are glad to hear that your issue has been fixed. But from now onwards please don’t delete the data directly from the database, it will affect the functionality of the plugin.

    We are working on a function that helps to delete customers completely from the database. It will be released in a couple of weeks.
