To remove customer and order data from that screen (WooCommerce > Customers), you will have to head to Analytics > Settings and select to Delete Previously Imported Data.

Note that this will remove ALL the data from that screen, not just the users you deleted. You can then have the data re-imported from that same screen. If you have deleted the users and their orders from the site, they will not be added back to that report.

    Hi Fernando,

    I can’t find this option you mention…

    Can you help me, please?

I understand that this method you are proposing will remove ALL data, isn’t it possible to delete a single customer?

    Thank you!

It looks like this is a Javascript interface limitation… Is it possible to move back to the old Woocommerce interface?
I remember that this was introduced as a plugin in the beginning but I’m sure that there is no Woocommerce Admin plugin on my website.

@almmello It isn’t possible to remove a single customer from the reporting. The plugin automatically looks at all orders placed and reports the information it finds. It is meant to be a comprehensive report on customers who have placed orders on your site historically.

WooCommerce Admin has now been integrated into the core WooCommerce plugin. It isn’t possible to remove it. However, the old reports are still available under WooCommerce > Reports.
