    Hi,

    I’m working on a website where I need 2 status : one for the orders that have been shipped, and one for the orders that have been billed. What I did is that I changed your “partially shipped” status to “shipped”, in order to keep the status “completed” for the orders that have been billed.

    My question is : is there a way to delete the “completed” status form the list of status that is available to send emails and form the lists of status that you can marked as check when you update the tracking information ?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In AST PRO, we offer the option to enable a custom order status called “Shipped.” By enabling this feature, you can differentiate between orders that have been shipped and those that have been billed.

    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
    • Open the “Order Statuses & Notifications” panel.
    • Enable the “Shipped” order status.

    Once this is done, when you add tracking information to an order and mark it as “Shipped,” the corresponding order status email will be sent instead of the “Completed” email.
