Do I just replace ID with the number of my Gravity form? My form doesn’t show up on either comment or delete form pages. https://mytraderoute.com/delete-route

I get a blank page and I’m guessing the plugin code edit for identifying the 2 out of 3 imported Gravity forms is incorrect. Thanks for your help.
