delete “client dash” item at admirole

    Hi

    i duplcated the adminrole and now i want to delete the client dash item himself on the duplicated role. Whats to do?

    Client Dash automatically adds its Menu Item to any Role with the “manage_options” capability, which is normally reserved for Administrators. It is unable to be removed and this is to ensure that the Menu can always be edited if needed by an Admin-level user.

    Does your duplicated Admin Role need to have the “manage_options” capability?

    Thanks for reply. No, the duplicated role din’t must have this option, better he shouldn’t have this.

    @crazy_cat Can you please install the User Role Editor plugin, choose your cloned Admin Role, and select “Granted Only” and send me a screenshot of the results? I want to see exactly what Capabilities we’re working with.
