    Hi there,
Thanks for the plugin. Unfortunately, I have issues with it. I just installed it on this website https://www.nailsboutique.be/ and I can’t delete the account. When I hit delete (Supprimer le compte) the page redirect to the home page and nothing happens, the account is still there. No errors in the console log either.
Can you please have a look?
    Thanks!

    Hi @maruscagabriel,

Thanks for reaching out. Where you have added the shortcode or block? Can you try by checking the “Load assets globally” option in Settings > WP Frontend Delete Account > General?

It looks like you’re using WooCommerce and I just tested to reproduce the issue. Can you please go to Settings > Permalinks and Save. This flushes the permalinks for newly added permalink.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @sanzeeb3
    Thanks for your fast reply.
I didn’t add any shortcode since it was added automatically as you describe as well in the plugin description:

Lets customers delete thier account by their own from their myaccount page for WooCommerce sites. New ‘Delete Account’ tab will be created automatically in myaccount page.

I also don’t have the possibility, to add it manually to my account page.
The link under the button is https://www.nailsboutique.be/mon-compte/wpf-delete-account/ which looks fine I think, but either accessed directly or by clicking on the button, it simply redirects to the home page.

I also tried with Load assets globally enabled.
No caching is present at this moment on the website, just FYI.

    Any other ideas/solutions?

    Thanks!
    Gabriel

    Hi @sanzeeb3
Didn’t notice the last reply with the Permalinks.
    That fixed the issue!
    Thank you so much!
    Gabriel
