Delete all trace of Theme my login

I was trying to create a better login page to let prospective users of my site login to see what was behind the coming soon page, but when I activated it and tried to login to the site it only brought up a black blank page, so I deleted the site and it’s still the same, it appearing that even though I’ve deactivated and deleted Theme My Login, the site is still acting as it was with Theme my Login installed and activated leaving me with a broken site that can’t be logged into.

I’m still logged in, but nobody else can.

How can I get my site back to where it was before I installed Theme My Login?
