• I have an open ticket with support that hasn’t been answered in over two weeks so figured I would try here.

    I have been having issues with the very basic functionality of NEXT SNAP for months. I usually create scheduled photo posts to go ‘live’ every Mon-Fri at 6:40am. Unfortunately, SNAP is not triggering when the posts go live. This happens despite cron checks working and regardless of whether I use the Publish Immediately or Use WP Cron options. In addition to this, I have the dreaded Instagram sentry problem.

    Oddly, I have another site on the same shared server running NEXT SNAP and it has no issues at all.

    So having just about given up on support, I’m wondering if it’s worth trying the Delete All option. I assume this only deletes the settings and would not affect imported comments from Facebook. Is that correct?

    Has anyone tried this option to fix similar errors/issues?
