Delete all per-product attributes in WooCommerce

Version WC: 2.6.14 | Version WP: 4.7.2

I used WP All Import by @wpallimport to import a lot of product in WooCommerce.
The plugin made what I wanted except for Product Attributes.

To be honest my problem is exactly the same than this guy on stackexchange, but after two years, the topic didn’t get any answers.

Is there a method to find & delete most/all attributes for products in WooCommerce when these attributes are unique to each product, that is they don’t appear under the Product->Attributes menu?

Backstory: We completed a migration (…) everything worked perfectly, except for the attributes. (…) The conversion brought all these attributes over for each product and set them to be publicly visible. Ideally I’d like to purge all (…) for each product and start them blank again, but after reviewing the post_meta table I see no sure-fire way of doing this at the SQL level.

Like him, The conversion with a plugin brought all these attributes over for each product and set them to be publicly visible.

The following picture show the issue:

– The first “Reference” is the automatic one (WP All Import)
– The second “Reference” is the manual one.

Both we can see correctly on the front, but only the second is visible in backoffice Product > Attribut.
When I want filter my product is like the first one doesn’t exist.

Is there a method to find & delete most/all attributes for products in WooCommerce when these attributes are unique to each product, that is they don’t appear under the Product->Attributes menu?

Or convert the wrong attributes to be fine.
