Delete all GiveWP data + user roles

    Hi,
    I need to disable this plugin and delete all GiveWP data including user roles.
    The checkbox “Would you like to delete all GiveWP data?” doesn’t works and get an infinite loader without disabling nothing.

    Also when this plugin is installed and enabled is not possible to delete product pages so it have a hard woocommerce incompatibility and makes the website crash…

    Please how can I remove everything?

    Hi @angeloarlotta,

    I believe I answered your question via Priority Support but I’ll post this here in case anybody else runs into the same issue.

    If the “Would you like to delete all GiveWP data?” is not working it’s probably due to a plugin conflict of some sort. Deactivate all other plugins and try again.

    If that does not work, then what you can do here is, delete all Donations (if any) and all donation forms.
    Next, delete the plugin from the plugin page.
    Finally, log in to your database management tool and delete any tables with the prefix _give_ in them.

    That should do the trick.

    Hi @mrdaro ,
    this plugin broke my website again, even with no other plugins activated…

    In this case even the “delete all data” is useless (I tried in every way also by switching to another theme) but I had to delete everything manually…

    I hope “everything” because I don’t want any file of this plugin in my folders, due to what it caused..

    I installed it accidentally months ago and never used so it’s really strange that it is not possible to delete all the data and that it causes blocks to the website as reported from some other users in the web.
