Delete Adsense code (multiple lines)

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin.

Hope you can help us out with this. In the past some editors placed old Adsense code directly in our posts. We want to remove all those lines completely. The code is something like:

Is there a way to delete these lines via the plugin? Or do you have other tips to delete the code (other than going manually through thousands of posts)
