When I create a new Form it automatically adds new, Standard fields. If I don’t want a Standard field like Email there doesn’t appear to be a Delete Field button, although the documentation in the product states there is a Delete Field button.

Where did you hide the Delete Field button?

    Much thanks for any clues.

  • Any of the standard fields can be disabled, click on show details then check the disable box.

    Mike,

Yes, I found and used the Disable field, but why does the documentation mention a Delete Button that doesn’t exist? This GUI is kind of clunky compared to modern web site practices.

Other fields you add, you can delete with the button.

The standard fields of Name, Email, Subject, and Message cannot be deleted, they can be disabled.

Klunky or not, it is what it is. Free is a very good price.

@djepayne, the delete button only shows up in fields that are added and are not one of the default fields.

    Kind regards
