delays when we update or save a post

  • Hi
    We are located in Athens Greece.
    Almost every day, for a long time now, between 12:00 and 19:00 local time (10:00 – 17:00 London time),
    we face great delays when we update or save a post. From 7 sec normal time, to 75 sec!
    We create a lot of posts at that period of time and it is impossible to work with so big delays.
    Please help
