    I hope you’re doing well.

I’m encountering a delay in loading the widget content on my site. The content appears only after all other elements have loaded, causing a delay of about 2-3 seconds.

    I’ve already:

    • Checked for conflicts with other plugins (none found).
    • Switched to a default WordPress theme (issue persisted).
    • Ensured both WordPress and the plugin are up to date.
    • Trigger Widget is on 0

Could you please advise on how to address this delay?

    Hello Behrouz,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    1. Bit Assist typically loads the widget in an iframe, which makes an api cal to fetch the widget’s data, so it may takes some time depending on your server configurations.
    2. Loading the widget in an iframe ensures that it does not override any styles or features of other plugins or page builders, thus minimizing conflicts.

Considering the steps you’ve already taken, such as checking for conflicts with other plugins, switching to a default WordPress theme, and ensuring WordPress and the plugin are up to date, it’s likely that the delay is inherent to the iframe loading process.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. We’re here to help.
