Delayed Email For Review Request?

Hi, just a few questions regarding your plugin:

1) Does the plugin allow for a specified number of days before sending out the “Write a Review for Discount” email?

2) Is there a way to limit user’s ability to review only products that user purchased?

3) Does the user have to be a registered member?
