Delayed delivery time

Hello everyone and congratulations for the plugin ??

I was wondering if it was possible to set the first selectable time slot 2 hours (for example) after the current time. In other words, if I place an order at 5 pm the first time slot available must be 7 pm. Is all this possible? I don’t seem to see it in the list of features of both versions of the plugin ..
