delay youtube js loading to improve performance

Hi, been using the plugin for a while now and it works well. Only downside is that it loads the youtube js on load which creates a bunch of extra requests and data.

Have you considered doing something like described on this link to delay the loading of youtube files until the user clicks play. https://www.sitepoint.com/faster-youtube-embeds-javascript/ From the demo on that site it looks pretty quick.
