Delay to a post been published – Please Help

I am trying to post a blog post on the following blog ronybarracfo.com. We try to publish immediately but there is a very long delay. I have even tried viewing it in different browsers, but it doesn’t work across all. I did a post in Safari for example. It posted the safari one and I could see it in Firefox, but not in Chrome. Then I did a post in Chrome and none of the other browsers could see it.

I corrected the time zone of the blog and that didn’t work either.
