    Dear,

On my website, I have cookies notification with analytics & tracking information.
It causes overlap issue with the messenger icon because both load at same time.

I already checked to delay by 4 seconds but it’s not enough.

How can I delay it by say 10 or 15 seconds?
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately other plugins might interfere with the messenger bot. I believe 4 seconds is the longest it can currently be delayed but I put in a request for my engineering team to make it longer. I don’t have a time frame on when they will be able to build this.

    Dear,

Could I be informed at [email protected] when this is developed?

Your plugin is amazing but this is the only issue that is preventing me from using your plugin. If this is developed, I’ll maybe even buy the premium if there is any.

    Thanks

Altough, I see on the extension page this :

    Premium Version – WP-Chabot Pro
    * Display Messenger
    – After some Time Delay
    – After user scroll down the page
Different Settings per Device ( Mobile, Desktop )

Doe this in the Premium version refer to what I want?
If I’m not wrong this is available on the free version already no?

Sorry for the delayed response on the forum. The Pro version is not available because we have a different solution that works awesome. It is available in the MobileMonkey product and is free to use. Many customers have had great success with it. You can signup here https://mobilemonkey.com/
