Delay reminder based on location?

Is it possible to delay reminders based on customer location? I only see a global option of X days after order is placed but I ship globally. Local orders take about 3-5 days so I’d send their reminder out 14 days after an order is placed but global orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive so I don’t want to send reminders to them until 30 days after an order is placed.
