Delay order showing up in administration

    Hi,
    is it possible to show the order in the administration right after it was successfully (or not successfully) paid? Now after receiving the order we have to wait a few minutes or seconds to see the status of the payment. We are operating on time and it is inconvenient for us to wait for the order and stop our work. Therefore, is it possible to delay showing up the order in administration, please?

    Are you referring to the order displayed in the WooCommerce Orders page or in Stripe?

    The order is viewable in WC as soon as it’s created during the checkout process so
    I’m not sure I follow what your question is.

    Yes, I mean in the WooCommerce Orders page. I mean if it is possible not to show it as soon as it’s created, but showing it as soon as it is successfully (or unsuccessfully) paid in WC orders page.

    That’s not something you can control within the Stripe plugin. There are custom developments you could add to restrict what orders show based on status.

    You would need to reach out to the WC team regarding that topic.

    Hi,
    actually, before I used a different plugin for Stripe and the payment process was there much faster. But due to some mistakes there, I change it to yours. Does the plugin takes some delay to process the payment or is it doing it right away? Or any idea why it needs more time than the previous one?
    I guess it can’t work faster so I will then just do some custom developments as you suggest.

    The answer is it depends on the payment method that is used. Some payment methods like credit cards are instant where as some local payment methods can take several minutes or several days because of how they work.

    Make sure you have your webhook configured.
