Hi, i have installed the plugin on a shop.
After 3 weeks of good tracking from saturday the visits went down.
I have made some tests and looks like the plugin start tracking after about 5/10 minutes.
    What’s happening? Any advice?

    Thanks

The tracking is actually done by Google’s analytics code directly. The plugin only enables the option to basically configure that code.

The analytics report does not update in real-time. However, there’s a section for “real-time” visitors included in Google Analytics. Can you please check if the real time visitor count updates as soon as someone visits this site? You can find about real time reports at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1638637?hl=en

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

    Hey @gamusca

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
