Each time Instagram images from our feed are being loaded on the page, they only appear a few seconds after the whole page was loaded. Cache is turned on, but this doesn’t help. Is there any option to avoid this delay in loading? Thank you!

    Hi,

Our development team has checked and has not found any issues with loading. Maybe at that very moment there was an issue with the hosting provider.

Now, when I test the Instagram Feed is displayed at once once the website is loaded.

Thanks and have a nice day!

    Hi,

Sorry for such a long reply. Here’s a video of what I mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NZ0V0Csh4I

This happens in all browsers (Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox), with any cache settings (we’ve even tested it with or without WP Rocket caching plugin).

    Hi,

    We have checked once again.

Your jQuery runs ajax, this is the reason the Feed is displayed after the website loads.

There are no issues with the plugin.

    Have a nice day!

I’m sorry, could you please explain if this is a theme-related issue? Because there are no custom coding there, I only added Instagram WD Widget to a footer widget. Thanks a lot.
