Delay in image loading on checkout

  • Hi,

    Currently during checkout, you are loading your image from this link:
    icon = 'https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/cfreeimages/cf-mailer-logo.png'

    Please review this process and explore hosting the image along with the plugin.

    Often a delay is observed while loading this image and this surprises the customer.

    During checkout there should be absolutely NO distraction for the customer.

    Please review and fix.

    Hi,

    Thanks for highlighting the concern. We regret to inform you that we won’t be able to host the image along with the plugin at this point. The lag should be in milliseconds and won’t affect the payment flow. Having said that, your point regarding the distraction for the customers is true. We have submitted a request to the team internally and we will update you as and when we come up with a solution.
