Delay for scheduled posts not working for Facebook or LinkedIn

  • Hello,

    My client is using the premium version of this plugin and the scheduled posting to both their Facebook and LinkedIn accounts isn’t working at all (they are the only two channels that we are using).

    Posts are scheduled to be published at 7am GMT on the blog. The delay is set to 10 hours for both Facebook and LinkedIn but nothing is coming through at 5pm GMT.

    I have double checked and both accounts are authorised.

    We urgently need some assistance with this please!
