Delay after Gravity Forms validation error

I’ve had to deactivate Turnstile because of an issue with Gravity Forms.

Users were submitting the form with a required field missing, then quickly filling in the missing field and clicking submit again. The problem is that the Turnstile widget disappears after the first failed submission and takes several seconds to load back in. If the submit button is clicked before Turnstile reloads, it will never be submitted. The second submission attempt is only successful if you wait for Turnstile, but there is no visual indication it is loading.

The form is using ajax=true, a managed widget, and appearance mode set to always.
